The Crazy Tube Circuits Sidekick Jr is a compact multi-effects pedal designed to deliver classic 80s-inspired reverb, delay, and modulation in a pedalboard-friendly enclosure. Building on the original Sidekick, the Jr version adds more sounds and flexibility while being over 50% smaller.
It features three independent effect sections:
Reverb: Six studio-quality algorithms (Plate, Spring, Hall, Gated, Exciter, Shimmer) with the Excite control for deep parameter tweaking.
Delay: Two modes (tape echo and digital) with delay times from 40ms to 800ms.
Modulation: Three algorithms (Ensemble, Dimension, Flanger), assignable to reverb or delay, or usable on its own with the optional XT footswitch.
Advanced routing lets you use effects alone or together, switch their order, and choose between true or buffered bypass (with trails). Power-up preset functions let you set the default state for each effect, perfect for remote switching setups.

With 16 custom programmed preset patches, the Atmosphere is one of the most versatile reverb tools you will find anywhere. But the patches are simply the beginning of what you can do with this pedal. With the large LED full color display (the welcome message and background display has many options as well – just to make it fun!), you have access to so many backend settings to tickle your reverb fancy: full MIDI implementation, expression, and control voltage input that can be assigned to 6 parameters, a preset can be saved for each patch, and very powerful built-in LFO for modulating parameters. There is most likely no other reverb pedal on earth that gives you more options than the Atmosphere!
